You just can't see the board in the glare, due to the sun angle...trust me, it's there.
The current sun angle makes for challenging afternoon starboard tack - or so I've heard. But damn, the surf is booming, game on kids.
I don't care if you got straps no straps: there are certain days that require mad skills regardless of your equipment choice.
