Anyone know how quad/hex/octo-copters handle in windy conditions?
My 7 year old son has a hexacopter on his wish list after seeing this video:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V_LC_jmTmas[/video]
I've wondered if it would be able to get footage of kites, but wonder how they perform in a strong breeze.
Thanks for sharing the steamer's lane video.

They get blown around.. you can still fly them
just takes More hand eye
there is a "thing where they put a dead cat on a frame"

Also
If you get a flight controller with gyros ,accelerometers and barometers and gps they tend to be a lot more stable course they cost a little bit more money
Or you get yuri to fly it as hes got mad Talent flying abilities.
Good luck and have fun
