Kite in eucalyptus tree in Napa

Hi. I'm hoping that the person who lost their kite at this location frequents this site. Pls PM me. We need to come up with a plan to remove the kite. Fish and Game, which oversees this location will not be happy with this development.

Near the Napa Airport?......there are some uncontrolled lagoons out there tied into the napa river..

Turns out it is really high in this tree, must be 50 feet up, and the kite is totally thrashed. You have to really look for it to see it.
Sorry that the pic is so small. Fish and Game will never see this. Feel bad for the guy that lost this kite.
