I ride with 800lb lines front and back. They do seem more durable than the 600lb lines and not much more expensive. Hate to swim at the coast (esp with Megalodon around...)

Guys, Megalodon is a herbivore -- no worries!

800 lb ought to do it. at some point wing loading needs to figure in too. If you're on the heavy side like me at 215# or you ride Branson-style with frequency (215+110 = 315#!) you might be smart to have heavier lines.
