Did someone swipe my RRD bar at sherman this weekend?

For the first time ever I left my bar attached to my kite. it was right where you exit the beach at the grassy area. It was a blue/yellow/black 2013 9m obsession. Someone took the bar off the kite and walked away with it. My initials are on the bar if anyone sees it show up please let me know. it says "YAR."
