Available Rooms And/or Workspaces For Kiteboarder?

To Whom Needs a Reliable Renter:
Does anyone have a room or workspace for rent?
I am looking for a room or workspace with easy access to a location that has water, wind, and a nice open spot to launch kites into the air and then access the water.
If you regularly drive to these types of locations then that would qualify as easy access if we can carpool.
You will probably at some point or another hear a crazy story about an invention I am working on, a crazy kiteboarding story, or some crazy conspiracy theory.
I am willing to pay for 2 or 3 months of worth of rent upfront as a security deposit in the event I get blow off away to the land of Oz.
I am not on any drugs aside for an occasional reefer, beer, and wine.
A garage or other space for purposes of building things & inflating a kite would be a huge +
Alternatively we can consider building your idea that you have always wanted to prototype and assist in patenting and testing it in lieu of rent. Perhaps you want to construct and patent a new air 10' inflatable grinding rail that fits into a backpack and has the capability to temporarily station at whatever desired combined location or orientation within limits of stationing technology.
:::)
Sincerely,
TurbineDude

Thanks, but no thanks for bringing my post back up the list!

Should also add that I am only 24 and I am trying to start a business and/or sell an invention - extremely easy stuff!
Thank you for considering this!

TurbineDude - Are you the guy I met at Berkeley a few months ago? I was talking to some guy about flying ads behind his kite (like planes do) and about a continuously variable transmission. Or maybe the guy trying to fly his board under his trainer kite at Crissy? Maybe both of these people and maybe even you are the same person. All seem to have the entrepreneurial/inventing spirit and are hard to forget...

Probably.
Did the ad kite this guy described look anything like any of this stuff?

Was the CVT described a non-slipping non-interrupting CVT that a much greater efficiency than conventional ones along with less weight?
Did the same guy who tried to fly the board under the trainer kite, then crash a 06 Cabrinha switchblade three times upon launch?

This is important that no other similar people are doing this because I am trying to make sure there are no clones or androids of me.

No clones out there of you yet. I think I've the right guy. Good to put online identities together with real life identities.
See you on the water. SS$$
