Ok all,

Great bunch of slashes. He definitely throws buckets! But...

Someone watch that again and tell me how many of those airs he lands....I count 2, and one of those is cut in the sequence...

yeah, cool vid, but I gotta agree with sc on this one. posting a bunch of airs and no landings isn't really honest....

that said, i can't even come close to even getting that high strapless, let alone with board in hand...

that's why i wear boots. it's simpler that way.

Adam,

I'll bet if you really tried you could miss as many airs. Just put your mind to it.

Anyone want to retract any of those comments about not landing strapless tricks? Sure, there are several (insane) jumps in this vid that they don't show the landing, but there are plenty where they do. My fave is around 2:00 where Rebstock boosts a big backroll, switches his stance on the way down, lands frontside and sticks it. I also love when he boosts while riding in (instead of out) and lands the trick on the wave face or just in front of it.

Mind you, they are doing some of these tricks in large winter swell that many kiters wouldn't go out in at all. I got to watch them filming at least part of this one day while kiting in February.
