There's a guy in San Mateo that repairs kites pretty good, and has a old school vw bus in the garage with 100 surfboards on top of it. Check him out

Someone may have mentioned Sonny already, another +1 here. Small LE & larger canopy tear repaired in < 24 hours.

At a surface level servicing involves carrying out scheduled preventative maintenance, inspections, and repairs when necessary. This ensures that systems last their intended life span and can allow them to greatly exceed this intended life span.
Car owners across the lot know this – if you take care of your car it will take care of you.
Regular oil changes, O2 sensor change outs, transmission fluid flushes, timing belt replacements, inspections and so on can prevent your engine from seizing or worse having a tire blow out on the highway.
More importantly servicing creates steady reliable jobs. Every time a dude with servicing in mind exists, countless other dudes now have a steady source of income for decades to come (not to mention thousands of dudes now have a guaranteed source of kite power even if it is intermittent due to kite trickling down effect). Dudes should pay other dudes to perform necessary kite maintenance and inspections & kite tunes & kite upgrades & board upgrades & kite streamlining & kite leaning.
