I would like to know if anyone is aware of kiteboarding instructors in the Bay that can give lessons in French?

I didn't catch the name of the guy but I saw him setting up his kite speaking French wearing only a Banana Sack and Lifejacket yesterday at Alameda? Next time I see him I will get you his name.
