Linda Mar... does the wind stay filled in the whole way to the beach? I suppose you only need enough so you can make it to the beach. You never see kiters kiting there....?

There's a bunch of beaches that could work as landing options. I figure we could make the call as we go...

On a strong NW day Linda Mar is rideable but super chewed out and kookslop. On your average day Pacifica pre-pier is probably a better landing Johnno

I always imagine you could just "charge the beach" crissy style but with a lot of surfers in the way and sets of waves...

How was OB yesterday? It doesn't look like it's going to blow at Waddell today, so am wondering if there will be wind at OB. Sensor is down. Onsite reports much appreciated. Thanks.

you can do kelly's to mussel rock. Thats quite a bit longer than sloat, and I think its all beach along the way.

Only works on a strong clearing wind day though, I guess it gets pretty light down by mussel rock otherwise. I haven't done it, but I know it has been done.
