Kiting destinations during July

As le noun noted, I am looking for something outside the US. Normally I would save my vacation for the winter time, however, I am already going to have about 6 weeks between finishing work and going to school... so i'd like to make something of it.

I am going to look into the Uk to France to Spain adventure and also Egypt. If anyone has done either one of these trips, feel free to PM me with suggestions of places to stay, kiting spots, etc. Will have to make a decision very soon!

Kiting in the UK and Holland during those times generally isn't good. I spent 6 weeks there one summer and got out twice, and that was pretty typical (it was cold and windles in New Zealand so at least it was warm and windless there). Winter is their windy time. A friend works as an instructor in Egypt and loves it, heard good things but never been.
