Correct I've noticed that blue line to be right a lot too:

Pretty sure the blue line is the WRAMS - 1km San Francisco. Looks like they have an explanation for it here: http://www.weatherflow.com/mesoscale-mo ... wramsrams/ It's certainly seems to be the one I believe.
