If you are going to be in Pismo Beach this upcoming Thursday before the official start of the KiteXpo April 12-14, you won't want to miss the amazing winemaker's dinner we have put together at the best Italian restaurant in the county! This dinner also happens to be a fundraiser and birthday celebration for the event's founder, Kinsley ThomasWong. Come enjoy a family style gourmet meal with meat, vegetarian and paleo options paired with 91 and 93 point award winning Pinot Noir courtesy of Tudor Wines.

*Antipasto – Assorted Spiedini of Beef, Chicken, Shrimp and Veggies
*Insalata –Choose from warm roasted brussel sprouts with raddichio, toasted pecans, watercress, red onion and honey mustard OR butter lettuce, avo, tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions, garbanzos and parmigiana dressing
*Entrée- Choose between baked eggplant, mozzarella, tomato sauce; tomato, basicalla, garlic, XVOO, rigatoni; or free range pistachio chicken with avo, kalamatas, tomato salsa
Above paired with Tudor 2006 Anderson Valley Pinot Noir and 2006 Santa Lucia Highlands Pinor Noir

*Dessert- Whipped lemon ricotta stuffed Cannoli, dark chocolate/berries (paleo)
Above paired with 2011 Maestral Riesling Ice Wine

I'll be there. It was great dinner last year and for a great cause. Come on done it will be a blast.
