I am driving down to Carlsbad tomorrow from the Bay Area.
I checked ikite and nowhere along the way shows a lot of promise.
Anyone have any suggestions or secret spots?
I will stop anywhere along the way down (taking 101 to be close to the coast)

Mahalos!

Best spot is cambria, just north of cayucos. Shredded it last week. Don't tell no body though... : )

Always check C-st in Ventura, get some waves, stay away from the surfers, smile.

Watch out for your kite at C street. I hear they kitenap them and hold them hostage for beers.
