Stolen Kite Stuff

Post by jwest21 » Sat Jan 19, 2013 10:13 am

Probably futile, but figured I'd post up here anyway. My buddies truck was broken into last night and had two old kites and bar, new harness, and wetsuit stolen. Kites were old 2008 RRD Type 9 - 9m and 12m - yellow with red, slingshot 2008 bar and dakine renegade harness.

I believe the kites still have the old information from a previous owner, Doug N.

Please let me know if you see any such equipment on the usual sites.

It seriously does.
What is always driving me nuts is that most of the time the thieves have NO IDEA of what's in the bag and the whole damn thing is probably end up being used as a tarp...
So sad... (((

No worries. I wanted the community to know stuff was "stolen" and get the word out asap...

My condolences to your buddy. Hope his stuff shows up somewhere he can retrieve it. We'll all keep our eyes peeled...
