Pismo or SoCal now?

I'm thinking of a road trip southbound in search of wind in the next few weeks. Does anything happen mid-coast this time of year? My surfboard is up in Oregon so it'd have to be 12m or better to be worth the gas. Sorry, just jonesing; should probably just stay home and ride my bike instead.
