Matt Elsasser Cabrinha Team Rider from Portland and Hood River, OR will be in town tomorrow Sunday Sept 9. Matt is on his way to attend Cal Poly SLO and will be stopping at 3rd for a session. Come ride with Matt and get some strapless tips, and try out a 2013 Cabrinha Kite and Board.
